One agency fee, not several
In this model Zorven charges no separate setup fee, Shopify management fee or paid-media management retainer. Zorven earns 3% of qualifying net fulfilled product revenue on the agreed channels. It covers routine Shopify technical operations and performance advertising management in the signed scope.
Which sales count
All qualifying sales on included channels count, not only ad-attributed orders. An existing customer who orders directly is included when the managed Shopify store is in scope. The fee is calculated on retained product value after discounts and product reversals, excluding tax, shipping, duties and unrelated fees.
What zero fees do not mean
The client still pays advertising platforms, Shopify subscriptions, apps, payment processing, marketplace charges, shipping and other vendors. Those are business expenses, not hidden Zorven fees. A full replatforming project or custom software build is outside ordinary ongoing management.
A simple rupee example
If qualifying retained product revenue for the month is ₹10,00,000, the Zorven service fee is ₹30,000. If an eligible order is refunded later, the corresponding percentage is credited in the next reconciliation under the agreement. An order that never qualifies is not billed.
The reason qualification matters
A percentage model makes the operator accountable but does not remove the costs of delivery. Zorven first reviews product margins, fulfillment, data access and media readiness. We want partnerships that can support durable improvement, not a promise based on a percentage alone.
